They're experts and know what they do.. I've gone to multiple places to repair my trunk and everyone coming up with different issues. These guys hit the right place and fixed it in 2 mins. Without spending anything I got my truck working again. I highly recommend taking your car here for any body work.

I needed a quick fix to my car before work and they squeezed me right in at 8am. The auto mechanic was straight forward and listened to what I was looking for-thanks!!

Junior was so responsive and helpful. Explained all line items in detail. And car was done faster than expected. And omg...what an amazing job they did!!! It looked better than when the car was new. We will definitely be bringing our business here in the future. Thank you American auto. Now that I examine the car more closely I see that they went above and beyond. I had them remove the bumper guard restoration from the quote, because I did not want to pay for that. But they actually repaired the entire rear bumper guard (not just the recent accident damage)...and did not charge me for any of that work. Also...I got several estimates on body work/painting at shops in Issaquah and Maple Valley. American Auto was almost half the price!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Junior and American Auto went above the call of duty to fix our Pick up. He helped us with the insurance getting estimates and making sure that they gave us good quality replacement parts instead of cheap beat up parts. They are also very efficient I was amazed at how quickly they were able to get the repairs done and get our vehicle back to us. The truck looks amazing!!!! I honestly can not say enough great things about this place. Thank you Junior and American Auto for helping us get our pickup back to beautiful..... You guys are awesome!

Fantastic experience. Very flexible in scheduling my job. Result was AWESOME. Turned a 1996 Toyota Avalon that was in fairly decent shape into a car that looked brand new. Junior was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on the details. He even saved the old emblems for me! I don't know why there are any other paint shops around ... these guys are the best!

The best auto shop I've been at! This was my first time having them work on my car and I explained to junior that I was nervous taking my car into shops now because of previous events. He assured me he would take good care of my car and that's exactly what he did. I took my car in Wednesday afternoon and he was able to get this done by Friday morning. He repainted my bumper from someone hitting it and you couldn't even tell anything happened to it and to top it off he washed my car! I'm very satisfied with this shop and will be coming here only!!

Needed a $150-200 re-repair. Took Junior a couple of extra days to get the right parts. American didn't charge me for the repair because they knew I was paying for an extra couple of days for a rental car. Gotta love an independently owned and operated shop! I'm going to send everybody I know to them.

I walked in without an appt. to get an estimate. Junior was welcoming and took time out of his morning to help. I called back just over 2wks later. I was sad, I thought I had to use the shop where my insurance company referred me. Junior educated me about the WA. state law & he remembered me and welcomed my business. The insurance company took a while (longer than needed) but Junior continued to keep me in the loop. I have my SUV back and it looks like it did when we bought it off the showroom floor.
